1. What are the Password creation rules?
The length of the Password should be Min 6-15 (characters and numbers combination required).

2. Where can I change my Password?

• Click Forgot password,
• Enter registered e-mail id,
• OTP(One time password) will be send through email,
• Enter the OTP and Create new password,
• Confirmation Mail will be send though mail to user.

Note: If you recive Password Recovery mail without requesting for password, Kindly contact us.

3. What happens if I have repeated unsuccessful logins?
Three repeated unsuccessful logins will result in a delay of 30 seconds before you can next login. More failed logins will impose a longer delay.
